The origin of the clearance dates back to 1902 when Francisco Pérez de la Cruz opened its office in Málaga. From 1928, he was dean of the College of Lawyers of Málaga until his death in 1932.
The initial projection of the office, down the private law (bonds, real estate, family and estate) continued with Antonio Pérez de la Cruz González, who served as the chair of the Provincial Council of Malaga.
In 1980, he assumed the direction of professor Antonio Pérez de la Cruz White (1943-2009), professor of Commercial Law. Under his direction, the headquarters was transferred to Madrid, with a clear focus on the different fields of law related to business law.
En 2009, Jesús Pérez de la Cruz Oña tomó las riendas del despacho.
En 2012 el despacho cambia su denominación por la actual: Pérez de la Cruz.
